It is a Contemporary House with natural touch designed in a 2 ground plot. The Design Requirement was to be with a screening studio cum Design home So it was carefully designed, lining the boundaries between their private spaces and semi-public spaces. With this in mind two entrances are proposed, one for the Screening studio in the basement leading from a gathering space cum car park of nearly 700 sq. ft area, And another one

for the elevated home, Leading through cascade of the a garden lane green Reaching space all around. And this directs to a glass bridge the Entrance, the welcome room warmly greets with through which the living area is accessed It is One whole Space where living, Puja and Dining Unites, with an internal courtyard added with a koi pond. And the Dining Area near the Koi pond is featured with specialized

thinnai seatings around for casual gatherings. A dedicated Working Kitchen apart from the modern kitchen has been given for the Food lovers who are also specialized in cooking Between the Ground Floor and First floor sits a mezzanine level dedicated for guests positioned over the car parking area. Leading to First Floor from the mezzanine is the area for parents and Mr. Sriram Since i.e infusing one for nature parents inside and the one home for Mr. Sriram. priority, And it each has was our portion been designed with courtyards, inside the room and in-between dress area and toilet area Mr. Sriram sir's area has an additional media room, where the innovations and creations can be indulged. The terrace area is treated with a relaxing bar along with a terrace pool area, and an Outdoor Movie screen area as a spot to chill out and rejuvenate.
